Need to track patients and paramedic contacts?

The Phoenix NHS Trust needed a program that physiotherapists, speech therapists and six other professions could use to record treatment of clients with learning difficulties. The NHS system they started using was geared towards acute care (hospital admissions and discharges) so we developed a system to record regular and occasional treatments over a period of years.

Phoenix NHS Trust is no more but the Professional Caseload Administration System is still in use by the professional staff in the North Bristol PCT.

Smarter Builder helps building companies get their staff through the NVQ process. They needed a database to keep track of candidates, assessors, qualifications and payments which we developed for them.

Too many meetings?

That was the problem at Bath and North East Somerset Council. With 70 councillors on 30 committees and with meetings every day, they needed a way to schedule regular and ad-hoc meetings and to send the meeting invitations to Outlook. So they asked us to create COCOA.

Information in an old database?

The University of London Directory of Leavers of Higher Education kept records of graduates in a Dataease database. We re-wrote it as an Access database, together with our own text file import wizards and an automatic backup system.
