DSUP Decision Support

The decision Support System helps management decide how to route telephone calls and was developed for Fusion Telecommunications.

DSUP works using data from a PABX call logging system. Using DSUP, you can import call and charging data from the PABX and perform certain "what ifs" on the data. You can quickly find the effect of a carrier discount or of changing how you route calls. You can also enter complex charging information and see the effect of other carrier charging structures. Imports data recorded by the PABX.

Smarter Builder helps building companies get their staff through the NVQ process. They needed a database to keep track of candidates, assessors, qualifications and payments which we developed for them.

Too many meetings?

That was the problem at Bath and North East Somerset Council. With 70 councillors on 30 committees and with meetings every day, they needed a way to schedule regular and ad-hoc meetings and to send the meeting invitations to Outlook. So they asked us to create COCOA.

Information in an old database?

The University of London Directory of Leavers of Higher Education kept records of graduates in a Dataease database. We re-wrote it as an Access database, together with our own text file import wizards and an automatic backup system.
