At Hattjoys we believe in developing software that fits in with the way you run your business and reduces the disruption of changing from your existing software. By involving you closely in the specification of your new software and by getting to know your business, we can ensure that the software works in the way that your business needs it to. We will make sure that the terminology used (right down to the names on the buttons) fits in with the "language" of your business, thereby further easing the transition process.
You will be able to test a beta version of your new software and provide feedback to us before the full version is completed. We will help you to install your new product and set security options. We will also help you to fully test your new product before you sign off your full acceptance. We will rectify any non-conformance, free of charge during this period.
We will provide you with a timetable based on the stages of development of your software.
Between us, we have years of experience of developing applications that are tailor-made for a wide variety of customers. We also have several years of direct experience of working in business management, giving us extra understanding of your requirements as a user.
